AGED 20, Shay Sainsbury has already made 50 first-team appearances for Clifton and played a pivotal part in their rise to National One next season.
The Bristolians secured the National Two West title last weekend thanks to a 48-22 win at home to Exeter University on the final day.
Head coach Luke Cozens has repeatedly waxed lyrical about his second row, Sainsbury, who impressed across his 24 appearances in the title-winning season.
